Commission work

The people, places, and memories that matter to you.

I welcome a limited number of commissioned works each year, ranging from intimate digital portraits to larger physical paintings developed in conversation with my existing studio practice. Individual works, pairs, and series in custom dimensions are possible.

I would be honoured to create original work around someone, somewhere, or something meaningful to you, and would be happy to discuss what you have in mind.

Available as original digital or physical paintings of one or more people, created from your reference photos.

Digital paintings start from 0.5 ETH for one person or 0.8 ETH for two people, and are delivered as NFTs.

Physical paintings (plus NFTs if desired) are quoted individually according to size, materials, composition, and number of subjects.

Additional subjects, complex settings, extensive reconstruction from archival material, and other special requirements are welcome and quoted individually.

Beyond portraiture

A commission can also begin with a place, a memory, or a family archive. I am happy to work from older photographs, multiple references, and the stories surrounding them when the thing you want to preserve cannot be contained in a single image.

I also welcome commissions inspired by my existing bodies of work. If a particular painting, series, atmosphere, or visual language resonates with you, I can develop an original work in conversation with it, for a particular space, scale, or context.

Physical paintings, prints, larger works, and site-specific commissions are quoted individually.

Turnaround time

Timelines vary according to the nature of each commission. If the work is intended for a special occasion or needed by a particular date, please include that deadline in your inquiry.

Physical paintings require additional time for creation, drying, packaging, and delivery. Rush turnaround may be possible for an additional fee.
